Ranch Chicken Broccoli Salad

Colorful and delicious!


  • 6.98oz fresh broccoli florets
  • 225g palmini noodles
  • 6.58oz bell peppers
  • 5.26oz cherry tomatoes
  • Protein: 20oz cooked chicken breast
  • 1.34 oz shredded cheese, half cheddar half pepper jack
  • 0.4oz cubed pepper jack cheese
  • Heathy Fat: 8T Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch Light


  1. Dice all protein and veggies super small
  2. Drain palmini can
  3. Boil palmini noodles in water for appx 10 minutes until they are soft; Drain.
  4. Mix everything together and serve warm or cold!

YIELDS: 4 Servings

Heathy Fat Alternatives:

If you like a balcony taste you can use 4T of Kraft Ranch with Bacon (4 heathy fats) or mix the two and use 4T of Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch Light (2 heathy fats) and 2T of Kraft Ranch with Bacon (2 heathy fats)

Protein Suggestions: We used chicken but you can also use shrimp, tuna, or steak. Make sure you adjust healthy fats if you use a lean or leaner protein option or mix and match your proteins (10oz chicken + 2 HF and 9oz steak + 0 HF)
